A Sad Day

Postby Dank » April 30th, 2008, 7:38 am

Well, its finally here. Today is the last day of the season for me. I'm gonna go give him one more try this afternoon (still looking for #3). I guess i'm greedy but i sure would like to see another show and take one more bird. But, all in all its been a good season. As soon as i can post the pics i'll tell the stories. Sure did want to skip work and go this morning but just couldn't do it. Am I the only one that gets depressed at the end??? Just think 10 months before it comes back around and it's still 6 months until bowseason. Now I see how all you felt waiting for your season to get here since I started in march. Anyway, good luck to all you dirty sons of bitches. lol

I feel your pain.  I tagged out in Florida back in March and have been sitting on the sidelines since then. [:(]

Sorry to hear you missed your season, and we surely can't find the words to thank you for what you do for all of us at home. Hopefully the hunting gods will shine for you in the upcoming seasons. Once again, thank you and stay safe.

AND by the way.....don't bother trying to scout this Tom that I got down I-70 near Topeka- unless you want to scout my freezer[:D] >>>
