Thanks.  I have to take my son's computer to him Saturday and I will have a chance to check out both Bass Pro and Cabelas.  I will check them both out.  It just amazes me that they will spend so much time insuring that a vest has so many pockets that you can't find anything when you need it, yet almost completely ignore such a simple item as a hat/cap.
Why be good when you can B-Mobile or Spin & Strut.

Ozarks, good call on the BPS Air mesh, I have that cap...it is nice and cool and the lightweight polyester dries quickly.

As for good luck charms, I have a 8" spike antler shed in my vest that I found in South Dakota in 2002. I was hunting with my friend Tony Hansen, who is editor of Michigan-Out-Doors magazine. We were standing under a tree discussing strategy on a henned up gobbler that had just flown down when he looked down and spotted a spike shed. After he picked it up I glanced over his shoulder and saw the matching shed laying in the dirt about 20 feet behind him.

Tony killed that bird. We both scored Merriams gobblers on that trip and both of us have carried the spike sheds in our turkey vests ever since.
