In no particular order;
Slate & striker
Tom Teasers Diaphram
Seat
Bottle of water
Disposable lighter (for burning ticks & making fire if necessary)
Bug spray
Paper towels
Radio or cell phone (depending where I'm hunting)
Streamlight penlight
Sharp pocketknife

Intangibles I always carry with me in the turkey woods are;
 The proper additude, willingness to learn, & attention to detail. Hard to go wrong with those.

* Knife
* Water Bottle
* Binoculars
* Seat cushion
* ThermaCell
* Pruners
* Crow Call
* Slate Call
* Box Call
* Mouth Call

I listed my survival items first. If you're not safe and comfortable the hunting won't even matter. I see I'm the only one who has included pruners, I will not hunt without them. To avoid fields, I like to slip down fence rows, creek beds and ditches and they are often blocked by wild rose and briars. Also interesting that a decoy did make my list... I've taken the majority of my gobs without one.

[ol][*]Box call (The Ruler)[*]Box of diaphragm calls
[*]Pot call
[*]Water
[*]Drink box of apple juice
[*]Food: Granola or candy bar & raisins
[*]TP or wet wipes
[*]Camera
[*]Extra face mask[*]Orange hat (to wear carrying a gobbler out of the woods) [/ol]These are in approximate order of importance. I'm including only hunting gear and food, or my cell phone would be on the list. I omitted a seat because I have one built into my vest -- although I usually carry a web seat, too. And I usually have a flashlight, either something very small or a light that clips to the brim of my hat. I'm considering an assortment of diaphragm calls (at least 2) to be just one item. I don't have a crow call or an owl call on the list because I make those calls with my voice. I don't consider dekes to be essential. I like to take a couple of drink boxes because they're a source of quick energy, and after I drink them I can crush them down so they don't take up any space. I also take water because after I drink the apple juice or eat one of my food items, it "cleanses the palate" so I can use my diaphragms.

Good exercise -- gets me to thinking.
