Angus vs. Gobbler -- Last Hunt as a Yute

Postby shaman » April 13th, 2014, 10:29 am

Angus bagged a gobbler this morning. It was his last hunt as a Yute-- he turns 16 this week. This was also possibly my last hunt with a yute before the grandchildren start coming online.

I'll have pictures and details later, but I just wanted to let you know. BTW: This doesn't count for TEAM 3's score.

I originally wanted to stay the week, but we're expected to have cruddy weather for the next few days. I think I am going to hustle back to town and save the vacation for later on in the season. SuperCore is down with the crud. His lungs won't clear out to later in the week.

EDIT 4/20/2014
FINALLY: The Podcast is ready:
Angus Rolls A Gob

Enjoy!

I had to bug out back to town to escape the weather, and I finished the rest of the story.

Well, finally!

First off, my apologies for not getting the Podcast done sooner. There was a lot of wind noise and it took a lot of work to filter it out.

Second, there was thing bug in the confirmation code: I've been trying for two days to get through.

Anyhow here's the latest shamanic podcast:
Angus Rolls A Gob

BTW: I did a tribute to my little buddy for his birthday:

Angus: Losing a Hunting Buddy

I hope you enjoy both. Let me know what y'all think.
