Found this cool PDF from the Ohio DNR... Look like my Spring 2013 Tom was 4 + years old jusding by the spurs! ... abid=19022

INteresting, thanks for posting

seems a my first bird I was told was a jake but had 5/8" spurs and a 6 1/2" beard. his tail wasn't full but his wing primaries were rounded and barred all the way out and he was 20lbs.
