Wonderful morning

Postby spitten and drummen » April 8th, 2013, 8:30 am

Posting this from my phone on a hardwood ridge. A shallow running sandy creek below me in a hardwood bottom. Starting to green up and it's beautiful.wind picked up good and I hadn't heard a gobble but god I love this sport. It's so peaceful and I thank god that I'm able to be here doing this right now. Hard to believe that there are a lot of people out there who will never experience times like this. I just wanted to share this moment with everyone. God bless and good luck.

I know what you mean. Got to enjoy those fringe benefits of turkey hunting, as the primary benefits don't come around all that often :D Good luck out there the rest of the day.
