We just got in from Nashville and the NWTF Convention

Doris and I just got in from Nashville where we spent 4 days at Booth #556. We really appreciate so many of you stopping by to say hello and "visit" for a while.

It was a record setting crowd, something over 50,000. The final numbers are supposed to be available sometime this week. We've had a booth at the convention for something like 12 years and we've never seen crowds like the ones this year.

We're tired and will take a couple of days to get some rest and catch up on posts.

Sorry I missed seeing you and Doris this year Clark. I took a week's vacation three weeks ago to go to Memphis and compete in the International Blues Challenge with my band, so it wasn't in the cards to make Nashville this year.

I talked with Dad last night and he had the same reports, record crowds. He attended lots of NWTF meetings but said he spent a couple hours in the exhibit hall and there were so many people that you couldn't even get around.
