Turkey's respond to owl call.

I get a better response to elk bugles then I do owl calls.

I use an H.S. Strut hoot tube. The chamber provides the muffled tone of an old barred owl and you can create every vocalization of an owl through this call. I use my voice most of the time but when stubborn birds insist on being quiet, the hoot tube can let out sounds that can get a hen to gobble!

I also use my mouth to owl call. I have a HootinStik and sometimes use it. Turkeys will respond to owl calls at anytime of the day. I have had a many of them sound off to a owl call at noon. Try it!
