PA Bonus tag problem

Hello everyone,
Anyone else out there not buy there bonus tag for Pennsylvania yet.?? Cause if you didnt, i thought you would like to know that the game commission changed the date of last sale (just about two weeks ago) from April 27th to April 20th. There are a lot of unhappy people out there that i know of because they cant have there bonus tag for this season. Also the out of state hunters that buy there license the night before the season opener, are also out of luck..

Any other states ever have this problem ??
