hen, jake or Tom?

My first fall bird was a very young jake, last year it was either a super jake or young tom. Not sure how I feel about taking a hen, but it is legal here in Ontario to take either, but only 1 bird in the fall. Our season is only 2 weeks, so if it's into the second week and a Hen shows up, she may be going to my freezer. If it's legal, it's your call,
