Cut breast meat into 2" to 3" chunks, dip in seasoned beer batter and deep fry, This ends up being some of the most tender turkey you'll ever eat.

Cut breast meat into 2" chunks, wrap in 1/2 stick of bacon and skewer criss cross with 2 round type toothpicks to hold it together, put them in a med to lrg size bowl. when all are wraped add your favorite marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge for 24 hours. You can either put on the grill or in the oven, if the oven, set temp at 275* for 30 min. Dilectibly Delightful !!!  {also great with pheasant}.
