I grilled a hen breast last night and man it was soooo goood it would make you smack your moma. I thought I would share it incase someone else would like to try it.
I marinated and injected the breast with creole butter and let it set in a zip lock bag in the fridge for a day and a half. Then I cooked it on the top rack of the grill at 300 degrees for an hour and a half. For the last 15 minutes of cooking I put some aluminium foil around it like a bowl and covered it in Baby Rays bar be que sause.
If you decide to grill a breast I would recommend this because it was good.
