150 hits in a 10 inch circle at 40 yards is a great pattern.

34 hits in the head of a turkey target at 35 yards is more than ample.

I have a couple of other chokes that I am going to try. One is a H&R (.675) and another Hastings (.640). I am going to pick up a box of #6 shot and try later.  If these don't work, I may order a different choke to try.  I am concerned that the .640 Hastings may be to tight, especially for #4s.

I've got a Wincester 1300 with a short barrel, it has a comp-n-choke in .655 I patterned Winchester 3" 1 3/4oz #6's.  http://s14.photobucket.com/albums/a327/ ... CF0013.jpg
I want to get out a try the same shell in #5's before spring.
