red dot problems

I recently bought a mossberg 935 came with a tru glo red dot sight worked well but after a few shots it stopped working any info or advice please let me know thanx

I will assume you checked the battery. Other than that I have heard of a few red dots (not sure of the brand) not working for very long on some of the harder kicking Mossbergs. I have no experience with them personally.

That's a big problem with some of the lower priced red dots.  They can't take recoil well.  If you want the same type site, I'd put on a better brand.  I use a Trijicon Reflex II site and have had no issues.  However it is a $300+ site and military proven.  If not see if were you gun patterns.  If POA=POI with the beads then shoot those.  But in reality there are a lot of sighting options to pursue.

I bought this one from Ebay for my Mossberg 500 and never had problems with it yet. There's a phone number there to see if it will fit your 935.

I've seen a few cheap red dots go to heck after a few rounds from a turkey gun. I'd throw it in a fire and stick with the beads or sights that came on the gun.  If you have to have a red dot go with a higher end model. Going cheap might result in a bird getting lost because it wasn't hitting where it should have.

 i believe you may b right that would explain the sudden not working and it does seem to be of low quality. i removed it and sighted it in with the beads and probly going to persue that route thank you

You are wise MSwickard and bino4134, you are both wise insofar as the Trijicon is concerned.  But bino4134, you must dig deeper into that pocket and get another Trijicon.
