New choke and sights

Postby eddie234 » May 25th, 2014, 5:53 pm

I got an Indian Creek choke tube and a new set of tru glo adjustable fiber optic sights for my Winchester 1300. Hope to get out to the range soon and see what it will do. Hoping for some good numbers. Ill report back with some results.

Hey Eddie, what type of ammo are you going to be using with that combo?
Is it turkey season yet?

I'll be using hevi 13 2oz #6. it's what's recommended for that combo plus it's what I've been using and have enough hevi to last for years.

What's the constriction on that choke, Eddie? I remember there being a difference in diameter between makes of guns. Some are .660 and some are .665 if I remember correctly. No matter what, those Hevi #6s ought to do great out of it. Good luck.
