Thank you Scott for posting the pic for me.

I would like to say that I called this bird and he put on a show. Truth is, I passed on him earlier in the week hoping the big boy was coming behind him. My turkey season has been pretty much like deer hunting. I was sitting in a spot and doing we soft calling every now and then. I looked to my left and there he was 20 yards away. I had two hen decoys out and he could decide whether to go in full strut or continue eating. As he was doing thus he was coming in closer to me. I got my gun on him and tried to whistle to get his head up. I couldn't get a whistle out to save my life. He got 10 yards from me and I finally go "hey baby". He raised his head and I pulled the trigger. He never did a flop.

I'm very thankful to get this bird. I have hunted everyday and have not had the success that I have had in the past. I have a week and a day to get my last bird. Hopefully I can get one more.
Is it turkey season yet?
