Purring on A Trumpet Call

Looking for advice as how to purr on a trumpet call, anyone have any?  I know, easier done with mouth call but I just want to know how to do with the trumpet.

you need to talk to the commander & cheif of the turkey call bullchit police or turkeydoghunter.

can you purr on a trumpet? i've hunted with both...never heard any trumpet purring goin on

Never actually heard anyone do it well...My guess is Ron or TC can do it though...with Ron probably being better...lol

it can be done ....its a slow draw with the lips puckered up sometimes i use my hands to get the right pitch ....hard to explain....ive heard theres a boy thats real good at it sure would like to meet him ...heard he was at the nationals and was doing it on a wing bone....
