I am not for them. I like the good old traditional way most of us learned how to talk to turkey's and electronics was not in my bag of tricks.  I think they should be outlawed but I am sure someone will argue that they are great.  Its not for me

less is more in turkey hunting ain't it? less calling , less weight , less trinkets to go bad, less to think about so we can focus on foolin' ol' tom .

of course less is not altogether good when it comes to guns . i have 2 barrels,,,,i know a feller with 2 barrels and they're 30 inches long.

I am against electronic calls for sure except.....
I am helping a buddy of mine make it legal for deaf people to use electronic calls while turkey hunting

ofcourse there are many details like only on private land and wearing orange and other details for safety reasons
i think this could be helpfull for the deaf to draw in turkeys within eye sight when they cannot hear one gobble because of their dissadvantage

the objective is to allow deaf hunters to be able to further enjoy what is my favirote thing to do...hunt longbeards

what are yalls thought on this?

Ain't got but one thought.  Iffin I was deaf, I would probably lean more towards the visually stimulating endeavors.  The gobble and drum is why I hunt.

I can just see it now, these fancy dressed camo fellers with their fancy electric ATV with the boom box on the dash blaring electronic turkey rap. Don't forget the robotic decoy that can squat with the flick of a switch.

whip.... your question..

I can see your point.
I would follow sils thought... if I was unable to converse back and forth with the birds (hear thier reply) and convince them to come to me, I wouldn`t be out there. Thats what the hunt is about to me.
