Penn's Woods Call....

My ol' man had a call a long time ago, and accidentally stepped on it jumpin' up from the tree after he got his gobbler a few years back. He tells me it was a Penn's Woods (?) Call.

From what I remember about it, it was about 2.5"x4" square slate, with a dark green plastic box. It had an owl hooter tube built into the one corner. The striker was a small square wood block with a short plexi staff on it, about three or four inches in total length. I e-mailed the company and was told that it was more than likely an Owl/Slate model, and has been out of production for over 20 years.

Does anyone have anything similar in their arsenal? If anyone can provide me with a picture, info, or let me know where I can get my hands on one, I'd appreciate it.

Keep checking the turkey calls on ebay you will eventually find one there that would be your best option.
