This caller is headed to central NY

This one turned out cool...kinda blingy for my personal tastes, but it'll sure screams through those windy days. It wasn't what I would have chosen, but the customer asked for and will receive his truly custom call--good hunting and hope you roll a biggin come May 1st. Purpleheart lid with curly maple thumb tab over curly maple solid box with walnut end blocks on a curly maple base with padauk sandwich.

Great looking call Scott, I bet she is a high pitched and raspy little hen. Love the artwork on it. [;)]

Kentucky89...if you like purpleheart then stay tuned, I have 2 more callers to post next week with curly purpleheart lids. They should be done by then.

Scott, you know your wood--no surprise there[:D], yes this is a very high pitched caller and it does break nicely into some nasty rasp on the old hen side. That is what the hunter ordered--hope he likes it.
