Zebra wood Cherry Inlayed

Postby SpitnDrum » April 28th, 2011, 3:31 pm

Made this call today.3" Zebra Wood pot with Cherry inlayed. Can't say I'm completly satisfied with the turn out of it.I made a few cracks in the inlay and of course I'm outa CA...So I couldn't seal the damage while leaving eye appeal. On top of that I didn't alighn the grains through the zebra and cherry so my inlay is off somewhat.Oh well you live and ya learn. Its still a nice call and sounds awesome.I even threw a feather in under the Frost.
