Strikers

Postby WillowRidgeCalls » July 23rd, 2013, 2:32 pm

After almost 10 years without being able to touch a lathe, I finally got back to turning. I had to redesign all my tools so I could turn again. It feels great to be able to once again use a lathe. These are the first two strikers I've turned in a long time. Dymondwood (crimmson ironwood) and a Yellowheart, both play great on my calls.

Nice looking strikers Scott. Does that ironwood give off a high pitch sound?
