ceramic surfaces?

Just wanted to hear anything about ceramic surface,I have make a few with glass soundboard,and they sound pretty good. Was thinking about maybe trying a wood soundboard or maybe no sound board? Any thought??

I've done a few with both glass and wood, both sounded ok. I haven't tried slate or alum. in them yet? I don't think I would try it without one.

Glass sound the best in mine, much much louder than wood, slate and copper soundboards.
