If the call maker used Goop or some type of silicone based glue to put the top (slate) on the call you can put the call in the microwave and heat the call sssslowly and it will loosen the slate so it can be removed. Clean off the pedestial where the soundboard was mounted and make your the glass soundboard is rough-up with sand paper so when you reglue the soundboard it will hold better. When you reglue the soundboard use Goop and make sure the sides of the soundboard are not coming into contact with the sides of the call. Clean the groove or lip where the slate was inserted into the pot and clean the old glue off the edge of the slate. Use Goop to reglue the slate back on the call, it best to use spring clamps when you glue the slate back on the call. Leave the clamps on the call overnight. When gluing the soundboard back in place let is sit overnight after you glue it back on and use some weight on the soundboard when gluing but be careful not to break the glass. Hope this helps.
