NWTF SCORING SYSTEM???

Postby T.W. Houk » April 16th, 2010, 3:39 am

Hey guys has anybody ever registered a bird with the NWTF record book? I harvested a beautiful tom in western IL 1 7/8 spurs 11 3/4 beard and 26.02 pounds. This is by far my best bird and he was harvested at 5 min to noon so be patient guys and keep at them. Thanks in advance for your help.

According to my math this bird scores an 86..

Congrats, T.W. Those spurs look longer than 7/8" to me.

I've never registered a gobbler with the NWTF record book. Here's a link: NWTF Records.

I see it now. That bird's gotta score high in the Boom & Struttin' records.
