Hunting till Sundown

Well here in Ohio we are now allowed to hunt till Sunset.  Have never done that before so was looking for some input.  Thinking I probably want to back off on the calling later in the day?  Obviously sit near a known roosting spot and wait for them to return.  If I spot one in a field how aggressive with the calling?  Or more like watch for direction of travel and get in front of them.  Thanks and Good hunting.  Mike

Most times birds are fairly quiet in the afternoons, but they do get rather vocal just before going up to roost. There really isn't any differance calling to a bird that you see in the afternoon, if he answers you chances are he'll come in if he's by himself.
