feedback on custom jake decoy

howdy fellas, new to the site and wanted some feedback on my custom jake decoy. you guys think itll draw in a tom or two? and does it look realistic? thanks for reading!

There's no reason that your custom jake decoy shouldn't help draw gobblers. There used to be some foam decoys sold that looked absolutely horrible, yet they still worked. As long as you have it set up in a good area and yourself well hidden, it should help draw a gobbler's attention. Good luck on 'em this year.

thanks mr. jim. its a b mobile head on a smaller body with a reall jake tail fan. in case you were wondering haha

I'm with Jim. I use a couple foam roll up foam decoys, a hen and a jake. They work fine for me,,,,taken several gobblers over them. I forgot to pick the hen up a couple years ago and two days later when I got back she had been beat up terrible. Used hot glue to put her back together and repainted the head and still using it.

I had a few of the foam ones, I liked the plastic one s better , just decided to spruce up my jake a little before season.

haha chief if only it were that easy and comfortable to kill them! and thanks mr. duke, i just wanted a little more intimidating head on a less intimidating body, and actually can turn it into a semi strutter if i want.
