3" vs 3 1/2" Pros and Cons

I shoot a 3 1/2in 10 gauge on turkey but have shot them with a 12 gauge 3in it's all Choice for me I like the ten never worry if I have enough gun

to all new members welcome . big medicine i shot a 10 for turkey hunting for years and you are right  you don't have worry about not haven enough gun . but after many years of shooting big guns and wear and tear of working on the farm and sawmill have left my shoulder in pretty bad shape . i know that the hype is to use the biggest badest gun . but i found that i can kill a turkey with a 20 just as while as a 12 . the only reason i'm saying this is in hopes of saveing you younger guys the pain in your joints down the road[:D] wayne
