Subscription expiration date?

Is there a way to tell when my subscription is due to expire by reading the mailing label on the front of my T&TH magazine? I renewed some time ago and want to make sure I don't miss any issues. My wife thinks she may have gotten me an extension of my subscription as a gift, but neither of us can find any record of it. Thanks.

yeah jim, it's at the end of the 2nd line on the mailing label.....ie: mine is fal 12 [fall 2012 issue ]
